Why should you get involved?

Meet Michelle, who runs an art group at North County Women's Shelter with a friend: "We had such a lovely time at BFHP today. It was a small group of five women. One of them said, 'this is my favorite group.' We had just picked up a wonderful donation of scrapbooking supplies to use with today's kirigami (like origami only cutting shapes) activity and it was just so pleasant. The women are SO appreciative."

Donation Drives
BFHP programs and clients are always in need of in-kind donations necessary to maintain proper nutrition, personal hygiene and well-being.
