Kajsa Minor is an attorney at San Francisco-based Shartsis Friese LLP, where she specializes in civil litigation matters concerning business torts, partnership and contract disputes, and securities litigation. She has represented departments of the State of California, large public companies, small business owners, and individuals. She earned a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 2002 and a J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2007. While in law school, she served as extern to the Honorable Martin Jenkins, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and as a teacher’s assistant for legal writing and research class. She has been a member of the Board since March 2012.
