Robin goes above and beyond her job duties for the residents and ensure their needs are being met. She also shows great support for her co-workers all the time.
During 2022 Q4, she covered various open shifts when we were short staffed and helped with smooth operations of the program. Thank you, Robin!
Kimberly Rosenthal • Associate Director of Talent Acquisition and Development
Under her leadership, the recruitment team recruited many awesome new BFHP staff and helped grow the organization to the largest it has ever been. Kim manages a lot of responsibilities besides recruitment, and she does this with grace while always being ready to help others.
She has been a great cheerleader for team BFHP and played a major role to ensure the company event last October was engaging, inclusive, and successful. Thank you, Kim!
