Felecia Neals, Resident Advocate
Felicia has provided services to RSR residents for almost 6 years. Her commitment and focus to our residents is on-going. She is a leader and strong role-model for other RSR team members. She always goes above and beyond and consistently makes suggestions on how to improve programming and services for clients.
