DONATE

“This has been nice, for real. I’m used to institutions, and I don’t want to be in that environment anymore, but this place isn’t like that.”

TRANSITIONAL HOUSING

Transitional Housing is an intermediate step between emergency shelter and permanent housing. It is more long-term, service-intensive, and private than emergency shelters, yet remains time-limited to stays of a few months to a few years. This can be a great step for those who need the time and space to stabilize before moving into their own homes.

Services include:

  • Meals & shelter
  • Vocational & housing case management
  • Life skills counselling
  • Family reunification support
  • Move-in assistance
